Living Room

Our living room is the first room that sits just off the entry way. This is a great room where we visit with company and we think it's so funny how people love to sit on our stairs like they're bleachers. Our main floor has beautiful vaulted ceilings which really opens up our home.

We live just blocks from the mountains that have great hiking and biking trails and we love the view they give to our windows.

Our kitchen has a very nice tile floor and also upgraded cabinets and appliances. Most homes in this price range have the cheap oak cabinets but we've really enjoyed having this maple upgrade.

This is a rather large family room. I love that it has a door that can be closed to the upstairs. We've had great New Year's parties here and didn't even wake the kids with our celebrations. Also we have set up a little play area behind the couches for our daughter and it is the perfect spot for her to play and be near us and yet keep her toys out of the way.

I love our Master bedroom. It fits our King size bed with room to spare. I have one wall painted a mint green and the others a light chocolate. Our walk in closet has a window that opens which is so nice to keep the closet from getting stuffy.

Our master bathroom is painted the same green as the bedroom. My favorite feature about our whole house is having a window inside our bathroom. It is so nice to open it up when the shower has steamed everything up, or the chi is making the room hot, or just for a nice fresh breeze.

Third bedroom

This is the third bedroom. We had one wall custom painted in this argyle design and even I am shocked at how much people adore it. This room has two large closets that have been great for storage. It stays nice and cool in the summer and we enjoy having our guests sleep down here to give them a little bit of privacy.

The Nursery / Bedroom 2

The nursery is right next to the master bedroom and across from the second bath. It has two tone paint with a brown bead board and a soft pink above the chair rail. The ceilings are vaulted and this room also has two great closets for storage.

Second Full Bath

We installed that cabinet above the toilet and it has been great to have for guests to keep their toiletries or to store other necessary items. I love that both of our showers have a tile finish and tile floors, it just adds a little bit more quality to something as simple as a bathroom.
The fourth bedroom is currently serving as our office. It would also make a great play room, sewing room, or small nursery.

My husband just got our yard ready for winter so he had to dead head and trim back all of our shrubs and flowers. In the spring and summer we have beautiful tulips, lilies, lupins, hibiscus, and other flowers that will grow every year.

This is the coolest feature about our deck. This can either be a picnic table or convert to a bench for more seating. We have sat 8 kids before or six adults.

Just one street over from us is this perfect little bridge where the ducks gather from spring until fall. It's the perfect distance to go for a walk to feed the ducks or have a picnic.

This little green way is so fun to bring a picnic or come enjoy sitting on the swing. It's dog friendly, kid friendly, and has beautiful mountain views. Our neighborhood has great walking and running routes and I have always felt very safe going alone at night.
